this below method is for you only, i try to make this more easy for you and i can monitor your setting at the same time, so that i can help you easier and probably better.

in your bios, bump up the voltage value (from 0.745v. use this value as your starting point) one value at a time, and then retest your setting in Windows and then try restarting to check the overclocking error message, try this not more than 2 value up. if you still get an error, then this time try bump the voltage value down, not more than 2 value down.
and please do post back. there will always be many subject changes and move around from one to another in here, so be patient.
