Thank you for your help. Here is my status so far. Right now I seem to be stable at 4.05GHz. My settings are below. I did some more research and I couldn't find a definit answer on LLC, so I enabled it. Also, I bumped up the vCore to 1.33750v. It was stable in Windows but when I would restart I would get an overclocking error in the BIOS and I would have to reset the settings.

I bumped up the volts and I don't seem to have any issues. Let me know what you think and if there is anything else I should change.

it seems to me like your CPU does need quite a vcore for only 4GHz.
i also suspect the "MCH Reference" setting value will require to be adjusted by you.

but i can't be so sure yet, try this setting and post back.
