    okay, if you want to do that, then increase your CPU core volts, try 1.3375v in bios, and with the exact setting (you can help both of us save time by first using the same setting until you get a enough stable system that you want). and retest your system in Windows and post back.
    then later on i'll probably help you change a few things in this overclock's setting.

    also recheck the "MCH Reference..........................: 0.740v",
    i'm just noticing now, that i forgot about this setting and didn't tell you the complete info.
    0.740v is the value of the CPU Termination (VTT)........................: 1.20V"
    when you increase the VTT the MCH Reference will also increase in value.

    please note that, as much as i want to help you, but i'm too lazy, this due to it takes too much time and effort for me to write (and read) in english, so that, there will a time when i simply won't continue to help you.
