    Here are my settings. I put MCH Ref on Auto and I the system rebooted and I got a BIOS overclock error. I went back into the BIOS and changed the MCH Ref to 0.745v. I am running through Prine95 small ffts as I type this.

    The systems seems to be stable, but my Core temps are at 56 Deg at 100% load.

    my Core volts in windows is 1.33v acording to Everest. Here are my Settings.

    It seems my setting aren't stable, when I reboot, I get the BIOS overclock error.
