As I add Projects to my crunching efforts, I've been having problems finding the Project <app> names. So I figured I'd start a thread for this information. If you know of an <app> name that is not listed, please feel free to post it here. Make it easier for the next guy. Asteroids@Home -...
Each one of the linked threads contains a graphic to the Team stats and member ranks of each team. The methodology on deciding which teams received a thread is the RAC rank listing here http://allprojectstats.com/showteam.php?projekt=0&id=124731&o=3 if the team had a RAC of 1000 boinc points or...

Greetings :) This thread is merely a stratagem for fending off the nits who say nay and putting a lil pressure on the vikings at DC Vault. The idea of this thread is to form a cohesive plan of attack for those of you interested in vault pointage. As we go along I shall refine the details...
Here is the main link to DC Vault http://www.dc-vault.com/ Here is the link to XS http://www.dc-vault.com/showteam.php?team=311 I thought that I should create a thread where we have all the projects we are currently running to improve the our DC Vault status
I got this all setup with the help of Gomeler today.. I have to add everyone separately and if you want your user name changed to have the in front of your existing user name please state it in your post here. So post if you want in:) Also, I am only one person so I'll get as many done asap as I...
Here's an update for the DC-Vault Project Lists. Right now there are 37 projects in the DC-Vault and XS has an average of 9104 points per project out of 10,000. The list below are projects that are under our average and tend to have a few places that can easily be gained which means they will be in...
I made some new avatars for a few of our projects, based on the old Rosetta avatar. If your project hasn't got an avatar yet, post it and I'll make one for you :D. Customs available :p: I'm planning on making a general avatar as well, one that covers the whole DC section. PSD files available. ...
Welcome to the official XtremeSystems PrimeGrid Team Thread! From this thread, you will be able find bits of information regarding on running PrimeGrid with your GPU. PrimeGrid: We will start with some general information on this project...

Welcome Snow Crash to our team.
I have seven threads working on CPU WUs and one thread working on 13 GPU WUs (I have two GPUs working). My GPU is very sluggish (obviously) with zero errors (knock on wood), but with all of this happening, my Task Manager shows the CPU as not exceeding 50% and no CPU WU exceeding 7% (7 x 7 is 49)....

I tried to do some GPU crunching at Collatz Conjecture, but their GPU WUs erred as soon as they were downloaded. I have AMD Radeon HD 7700 GPUs with the latest driver. I tried to post this question on their message board, but you need to crunch points before they will allow you to post which is a...
This is the first Weekly Status Report of the XtremeSystems Team at Einstein@Home. FYI - There are two entries for members BatteryOperated and jedi95. Therefore, I have designated one of the two as jedi95 Sr and BatteryOperated Sr for statistical clarify since neither are currently active. ...

I monitor my computers with BoincTasks. It is indicating that the E@H GPU tasks are only using 2 to 10 percent of the CPU. I have the setting at 1C + 1ATI and 1C + 1NV. It is taking 40 minutes real time to do 4 minutes of CPU work on average. Is this a problem? If so, how do I fix it? My WCG...
I just signed up my laptop running LinuxMint to A@H. I have discovered that the tasks are set to a Very Low process state. As a result, BOINC keeps seeing a CPU busy state stopping and starting the Task. I can do a sudo renice -10 -p 1918, but that only effects that one process 1918 (that one...
Will E@H GPU tasking support GeForce 210 GPUs? Thanks
The goal of NFS@Home is to factor large numbers using the Number Field Sieve algorithm. After setting up two polynomials and various parameters, the project participants "sieve" the polynomials to find values of two variables, called "relations," such that the values of both polynomials are...
Einstein@Home Discovers New Binary Radio Pulsar
After more than a year of work by Oliver Bock, Bernd Machenschalk, Heinz-Bernd Eggenstein and other developers, we are pleased to announce the release of the first Einstein@Home application for ATI/AMD Graphics Cards. This OpenCL application, which searches Arecibo data for new radio pulsars, is...

Hey guys. I've been absent for quite a while, as I am now at university in Canada (originally from the UK). Anyways, I had to sell my rig(s) as I did not have the room etc for my big rigs. I am currently running a mid-2009 macbook pro with the following specs: 2.26ghz Core 2 Duo 8GB DDR3...
