The reason why has been all over the net for a couple of weeks now. Drives were recalled because of an issue with the reference PCB used. The OCZ drives do not use that PCB.

Still I am very wary of going the SF2000 route until all the bugs are sorted out. However, I have to hand it to you guys on one aspect. You and the rest ( like Tony ) of the staff on the OCZ forums do an excellent job of providing support. You should seriously be given a raise and the managers taking all of these other dumb decisions sacked. At least OCZ has got something right in all the controversy they caused !
