And I've had the exact same issue with PPCs. I ordered a Xiggy heatsink and it was damaged (fan broken, mounting brackets missing), the PPC's guy told me to email Xigmatek and to handle it with them because apparently PPC did not have anymore stock of my particular heatsink and they refused to refund it.

Anyways, I hope that this is just one faulty case and not representative of all of XSPC's cases.
Well my reasoning for not buying from FrozenCPU again is basically I don't like to be told that I cannot return something when there is an obvious defect. I have purchased from Sidewinders, PPCs, Jab Tech and whenever I have had an issue with something I was never told that I had to deal with the manufacturer for an RMA, especially when it's within 30 days of the purchase.

I spoke with someone over at FrozenCPU again and they told me that this was the way XSPC required them to handle returns/RMA, which seems a little far fetched to me.

I am not overly handy and I'm not going to risk damaging anything, but thank you for the suggestion. I had the same thought but I'd rather not take any chances.
