Sorry to hear about your experience ohms. Getting the customer to do final QC check on new products seems to be a recurring theme with XSPC. From what I recall, they do seem to be decent about taking care of those problems though...but the fact still remain that these problems shouldn't happen in the first place. Excellent customer service is not needing a CS department at all.
Also, just an FYI on Mark @ FrozenCPU. He is dealing with some rather inconvenient headaches last I heard. He has some scam artists suing him (among others) over some kind of patent infringement scam and he also is dealing with Fester (and possibly Thermalfins?) over the whole Admiral rad thing. . .so, I'm not surprised that he's "indisposed".
