When UCLK freq is set to Auto it will be lowest possible speed, in your case 4GHz, and it's hard to do without increasing VTT.
Be ready to go all the way up to 1.6-1.65V if you want to find out max RAM speed while using Bloomfield.
This man knows what he's talking about!

Mine needs around 1.66V to push 4.5 VTT.
