I had the same problem here.

If you disable the C1E and ENABLE the C6/7E the squealing sounds will stop completely and the DVID works 100%.

Really? I tried that before posting my last post and didn't see my voltage drop, I'll try again. Thanks for the info.

I just tried it again and it doesn't work, I am assuming you mean the "C3/C6/C7 State Support" in the bios settings.
