    I just tried it again and it doesn't work, I am assuming you mean the "C3/C6/C7 State Support" in the bios settings.
    Bl0ss0m, with this settings the Dynamic Vcore is working and there is no squealing sound at all. Check it out:

    Set vcore to NORMAL and DVID to 0.100 you should get around 1.28 in full. If not make some adjustments.
