I had two major leaks caused by Thermaltake acrylic block tops just cracking out of nowhere after at least six months of running (so NOT overtightened). In Hellmouth I had TWO pumps in series loose power due to a faulty power hub (before I started using Bitspower stuff) which ran my GPUS (cpu on phase) so the GPUS heated up the loop causing the tubes to pop off . . .not easy to do when you have 3/8" tubes on 1/2 fittings mind you . . . .coolant ALL over the place including in my PSU . . . .
Then there was the time I was testing blood red fluid in Autopsy . . . had the fillport in the mouth (before I moved it to the neck). Well, I have three pumps in series in that build . . . .filled but forgot to plug the filltube . . .ran it . . .blood red all over my wall . . .
