Seriously, it comes down to personal responsibility: if you are an idiot then don't have anything potentially dangerous around. If you are not an idiot then you can take a calculated risk or two...Such as water cooling your pc!
I haven't had a leak yet myself, but still new. So lets ask the rest of XS.
