And that is all that is being said, it CAN happen, and it CAN happen to where you don't notice it for a while. The chance does exist.

Of course there are steps that can be taken to reduce that chance. That is why you leak test your system, use hose clamps (or compression fittings) and periodically check fittings for looseness, but even doing all that, happens
