Confused about the DRAM Clock skews as to when to use them and for what memory/situations do I advance or delay the skews ??

Haven't been able to hit passed DDR3-1880-1900Mhz mem frequency with either my Gskill PC3-12800HZ Samsung HCF0 or Micron D9JNM based modules yet with 1003 bios. Any tips ?

My Cellshock Blacks like all ram skews on auto but the CSX Diablo 2X2 (GTS) 2000 kit preferred
DRAM CLK SKEW ON DIMM A2 +250
DRAM CLK SKEW ON DIMM B2 +250

This was with
NB DDRVREF =================================+12.5
DDR3 CHANNEL A VREF ========================+25
DDR3 CHANNEL B VREF ========================+25

I've tried a lot of the suggested CPU & NB skews but for my board the best was
CPU CLOCK SKEW =============================AUTO
NB CLOCK SKEW ==============================NORMAL
