Well based on what i've read that's just false.

This is leading nowhere though, unless we can get some genuine responses from someone on Foxconn's behalf there's not much that can be done, Spike. I know a system vendor here in the UK with some ties to Foxconn, and after the trouble they've had so far with this memory they will no doubt be taking it to them, so i'll let you know what comes of it.
