I am sorry, but it is not a board, it is you ... and / or components, which have been chosen by you.
I am running my Foxconn rock stable not at 3GHz, but at 4.3 GHz ...
Asus Striker Extreme II is a nice board as well if it runs stable, but it uses 790i chipset, which I don't think is 100% reliable ATM.

And BTW OCZ memory is not on a list of recommended memory for 790i chipset (at least on EVGA website), why should it be recommended / tested for BlackOps?
