just balance a 60mm or an 80mm over the pwm, if you have a tuniq or TRUE heatsink it's pretty easy to get it balanced right so it dont fall. I used one zip tie on the right edge to attach a 40mm evercool to the NB..it does alright.

and are you pointing the fans/air at(push) or away(pull) from the heatsinks?

Ace-a-rue, from the looks of the pics you are pushing air towards the heatsinks, is that correct?
