    Yes, but it is recommended to replace liquid in water loops once per year anyhow. I assume once per two years will be fine as well in such a small loop. Don't forget that aluminum surfaces are painted, therefore you need to protect only non-covered small surfaces around the barbs and so on, therefore inhibitor will last significantly longer than in standard situation with a mixed metal loop.
