what do you mean with the right panel shows you 1.28v?

if you set 1.30v in bios and the latest version of the panel shows 1.28v then that sounds like the right vcore. but yeah, if you want, go and check it with a dmm
By right panel I meant the right wing of the Aegis panel [it has a left and a right wing]. The left one shows the vCore at 1.3500v, but in the form of a drop down menu; while the right one shows it like it was an actual reading.
