Route both VC cables up and behind the MB
Route VC cables, one up and behind and one down through midplate
Route them both down through the midplate
Route the top cable behind the RES and the lower down through the midplate
Other, please explain

Not sure what you mean. The referenced thread seemed to "promote" parallel GPUs in most of the sketches. Please clarify.

A small update and many more decisions to make. I took these pics outdoors in natural light. I am very happy with the white acrylic and the EK ram cooler is much better than I expected.
I am trying to determine where to put all of these wires! I have a few holes in my MB and I can reroute some, but this MB requires a lot of power, not to mention the VC's.
What is an idiot to do?
Much more tomorrow.

I still have to sleeve the breakout cable, but I had to make sure it would be long enough first.
I really like the white acrylic.
We miss you Charles!
Now I am off to route the snakes! Good thing I have alot of zip ties....

I routed the 2-8 pins behind the MB, PITA, but with all the wires I have to route, this looks pretty good to me. Anybody out there?

Breathe me in

In your heart in your soul. I perceive rejuvenation
Breathe me in. I am forever. Deep within I am eternal.
I will return to you. I am with you always. I will never turn away from you.
Looking better - I don't envy you. My thought would be to try to arrange the cabling with a bit of "flow" - since it's sleeved so nicely, why not showcase it?
That's an awful lot of wiring needed just to power a MB. I have a feeling you will lose some skin before you figure out where to put it all.

I drilled three more holes in the MB tray to allow more room.
Thank you!
You mean spaghetti
I am trying, especially with Martin's great work, but these Corsair cables are really stiff.
I did manage to cut theout of my thumb. After drilling and filing, my thumb managed to find the one spot that was not filed
Fortunately I did it in the tank room and the blood landed on the rubber floor, no staining.
Currently the primer coat is drying on the MB tray and I should get the initial coat of black on tonight.
My last piece of the puzzle is to determine where to add the second rad
(120.1) in the loop. Is there any downside to running rads in series? The Feser is not that restrictive and the SR does not appear to be either. Any thoughts?
Thanks for looking in and more pics tomorrow.

wow not sure how i missed this thread since i am subb'd, looking schmick buddy! Hope you manage the sleeving hehe, quite alot of cables there!
Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?
Running rads in series is usually the best way to go. You can run rads in parallel, but in order to do so, they need to be the same type and size, and have the inlet and outlet tubing running evenly to them. It is a lot harder to mess up rads run in serial, and the performance difference between serial and parallel is negligible. This topic has come up a number of times before, and I'd have to do some digging to be more specific.

Many thanks and yes, the wires are killing me!
I questioned Skinnee before I took the route posted below. It's nice to have XS Guru's! I was torn between two pumps or two rads, but since my last rig ran great with my D5 on 2, I will just turn it up to 4. However, I may still go with two pumps in series, I really like redundancy. Additionally, the big Feser can handle the heat and I doubt the extra 120 will make much difference.
OK, on with the show.
This was fun.
Obviously I love BP fittings....
It's getting crowded in the basement...
I listened to your poll input and here it is, the zip ties are temporary....
I am pretty happy with the 8 pins....
I really like the crystals!
I did an experiment with the Priomochill tubing today and I will never use anything else. What you see in the basement is Tygon and while it is good, the Primochill is much easier to work with and much better IMO.
The next decision is regarding tubing color. The midplate is white acrylic and I am leaning towards white tubing to Ram-CPU-GPU-"Crystals"-MB-MB and Black to the Res and Black to the basement. The H20 will be colored with Mayhem Red Dye and my thought is that parts odf the loop will be invisible.
Yep, I am crazy!
Thanks for your input and looking in.

Have you thought about flipping your PSU (fan side to radiator) so the radiator exhaust would go directly into the PSU fan and out the back? I think it may help radiator air flow.
