Try NINJA Pressing Alt-F12 and keep mashing it, to see if you can get it to boot from the primary BIOS. I know that pressing it 3 times switches from primary to backup (makes backup primary), but you might not be even given a chance to do that if the board won't stay on long enough....
Ya I am not sure whats going on exactly.. It seems like the bios is corrupted and it can't get to the backup or both are corrupted.. System wasn't OC'd as it was a fresh BIOS flash .. I am not sure if the backup process just shuts down or if it prompts you.. For me it just shut down and tried to restart.
