If the GT is def. better, then I'll prolly get a bunch of AP-14's to be used as case fans.

Not the same. My daughter and I compared the 800 rpm Slip Stream with the 800 rpm GT. She chose the GT, and I agreed with her.

GT's are generally better that other 25mm fans. You may need to go with slightly higher rpm's though. You can't trust cfm data from companies that sell to consumers, but companies that sell to industrial customers have to be honest with their specs: if they're off, the industrial company knows - it can measure the fan's characteristics.

Check out this thread to see where I compared a bunch of fans. I couldn't measure cfm directly, but you can get an idea of how fans compare.
