so I just got a i5 750 and gave myself overnight (a few hours) to get used to 1156 and then jumped in head first to DICE with it - Duniek's custom DICE pot with extension worked great - holding at -74C to -68C loaded when I was about to switch to 3D it cold bugged or w/e and I ended the session (@ -75.5C)

and it sounds mighty nonsense to me. 5970 by itself is about 40% faster than a 5870 which will probably make 5950 20% faster at most. And it will be dual-GPU, crossfire and have microstuttering - definitely not an alternative to 5870 at... [Read More]
