Yeah but they're Scythe's 5400 Nidecs, which means they aren't PWM.
Unlike those 2150's you're talking about, which aren't sold by Scythe.
Scythe copped-out on all of us & went the cheaper non-PWM route
Yup. I'd love to have three of the 5400rpm fans on my d14, controlled by pwm, spinning up only when they have to . . .
