Skinnee's estimated delta T between 1400 and 1800 rpm for my radiator is less than a degree, I think I'll be okay

Where did you come across this data?
I wouldn't mine checking if he looked at these fans on my MCR_Drive rev.2
If the Delta_T is the same or less for my rad, then I'm not going to waste any-more time waiting around for AP-15's.
Though they are schedule to be with a few Aussie retailers within the week, so it's not that long to wait I guess.
