I should also note that I'm using a EX58-UD3R rev 1.6 so it's not limited to your ud4p

Hm the only other board that I saw that had this setting was the DFI boards, I wonder if they squealed too with this setting enabled.

Bl0ss0m, with this settings the Dynamic Vcore is working and there is no squealing sound at all. Check it out:

I just took a look at your pictures and I had my settings pretty much the same.
c1e disabled, c3/c6/c7 enabled, llc enabled (even llc disabled), vcore normal, dvid +0.08125 for me.

I do have CPU PLL changed but that shouldn't affect dvid.
