Vista sees only 2GB because your motherboard only offers 2GB.
Your board only offers 2GB becuz you're CPU's memory controller only sees 2GB.
Your CPU's memory controller only sees 2GB becuz you're running it too fast at too low volts.

Get it?
It's not Vista's fault.
It's just your CPU that can't run at the settings you want at the volts you're putting in it.

So basicly, it's your fault.
