Man your giving it WAY too much voltage for alot of things, and why are you messing with Windows settings memory settings you shouldn't ever need to touch that.

You need to start over, and slowly work your way up on the voltage. Easy way to do it is to knock down the multi a few times and keep the vcore, pll and everything to default. Then start raising your bclk slowly to keep your CPU out of the picture.

You're just messing with voltages you obviously don't know what you're doing and somethings going to end up dead.
