i made sure the block is tight enough with its top, i also add plastic stick paper to the top and the block

why would there be bubbles then?

That isn't enough bubbles to be worried about. My system has been producing way more bubbles than that for over 6 months and i've never had a cooling issue. i doubt you'd even see 1 degree temp drop without those small air bubbles.
