    what thermal compound are you using? Never mind i see. Remember, it doesn't take much. Also you may have a warped IHS or water block. Have you considered lapping them? Just for reference.. I'm using a similar water cooling setup. At idle with 1.39v 4400mhz i'm at 40-41c. Prime Small FFT 65-66c to start then reaches 70c. I've been running this setup for almost a year (9 months) 24/7 with no problems. Last night i ran a 3dmark06 50 loop at 1920x1200 8x AA and 8x AF. Took all night but it completed with a score of 16056 and max temp of 69c with real temp. I've never been able to run IBT like some others here, just too much heat. What are your temps with Prime95 Small FFT?
