Roodbaard, yep thats the 2% left.. there are some kind of lump on the cable which makes it impossible to get a good look. Any ideas of how to fix that? It certainly is annoying

Maybe those lumbs are resistors, it could also be something plastic that doesn't has a task :P

I think that someone else with a sleeved HX1000 can confirm this.

it's a barrel with Ferrite it works as a coil in the power cable ( same as the ferrite thing on the front wires of the case's). electrical noise reducer if i remember well from school :p

so pure ... :o, and so neat, just a little bit to much black, but that's my personal opinion, no discussions about taste, but I still like it very much

I like it. For a hand built case the finish and buold quality is beyond factory-spec.

This must be one of the most spectacular builds I've ever seen.

Making something from a scratch and executing it with a quality that puts most of the casemaker companies to shame is really... really impressive. I can't even find words to put it right.

shame about the panel, but you'd be better off making a new one - you don't want to drag down the integrity of the build. If you can't make it perfect again by rebending, you'll just regret the case everytime you look at it, because you'll know it's not perfect.

Keep doing it right. You've done so much now, don't let a setback stop the perfection of what you've created.

Boogerlad: Thank you! I like it too Very useful when benching if you wanna keep an eye of volts and temps if you don't have dual screens.

    Just a noob:
Thanks, a cookie would be awesome

Vatos_locos: Hm okay. Well the other cables arent supplied with those so I guess you could remove them without worrying too much right?

Oli4v: I respect your opinion. But of course we all have different taste so you can't please each and everyones taste, good thing you still like it tho! Personally I think it looks really slick with all the shiny bolts and details.

    omaryunus: Thanks!

Tile: Good thing you like it!

    ECG_Bex:

LogAn'sRun: Thank you for the support. It's a bit ty having to rebuild that panel but I'll have to see it as a final step in the build. Just hoping it will survive the new powdercoat. Don't know what I would do if it would fail again. I'll just have to look at it as a mild set back

    masxerofkartis:
What cut? You mean at the back of the motherboard-tray? If so, it's called "C-strip". Rubber C or U strip.

charles_h: Thank you for looking by Charles, you know I respect what you do so it's really an honor to get your compliment

    MF Traum
: Thank you! Thank you very much! Really appriciate it.

    anubis_is_evil:
Cheers m8! I guess I'll have to make a trip with my tools. Anything particular that I should see in indonesia whilst beeing there?

Darkninja462: Hm, I got a little set of taps that my father bought a couple of years ago. Managed to destroy the m4 tap in it so I bought new ones at Clas Ohlson. Taps should be available at any local hardware store.
