I don't really see much of a reason to get some aftermarket on there if OVP kicks in at 1.37v, unless the vregs are going over 100C with normal usage.

Is never a problem with this mod because OVP trigger voltage is always higher than VID. Such a software voltage controll feature wouldn't make any sense if this wasn't the case, now would it?

is there a way to bypass OCP? anyone knows?

For what card? And what makes you think OCP is a problem?

From what I know, it'll require a hardmod. Seeing as this is a softmod, that sorta defeats the purpose. If you want to go higher, you might as well just do the hardmod for the volts as well.

I hope the "purpose" is not what I think it is...
