I didn't have a lot of luck with the last settings. I was able to boot into windows with all of the BIOS settings, but upone restart I would get a BIOS error and have to try something else.
I did what you suggested by changing the MCH Ref Voltages up and down. All of my settings are below. The MCH Ref was the only value I changed for each trial. The values I tested are below.
Do you think I have a chip that is just limited? Thanks again for your help, and I am also learning a great deal about the board as well.
