You probably need to tweak CPU Ref. Voltage 0/2 and 1/3.
There is no rule of thumb for this settings. Most combinations I've tried resulted in BSOD while booting.
This settings might be the extra push your CPU needs.

Thanks tons, I think I like 8x425, it lets me run my memory at 1133mhz which is kinda close to its limit. Honestly, I would love to have my quad hit 3.6ghz but even at 1.45 it gets really hot near 64C on small fft's and I would have to let that run for 12-18hours to verify its stability. Sucks that I got about the worst Q6700 on the planet but if I can still get to 3.4ghz at 1.4vcore or less then I won't be that unhappy, I have already got 3.2ghz stable(See Sig) but I can not see paying the extra money for a Q6700 if I only settle for 3.2ghz. I hate seeing other people brag about getting their Q6600's to 3.6-3.8ghz and I can not even come close with a Q6700 which is supposed to do better Anyways, I am sure I will probably need a little help with 8x425 later but for now it is stable so far at 1.4vcore, still would like to see if anyone who has a 65nm quad knows exactly how low I can go with my NB and FSB Term voltages for 425mhz...thanks guys
