I'm using 1.34v FSB Termination Voltage on my 45nm QX9650.
It's pretty close to the limit for my CPU, but it's the only setting that keeps it Prime stable.
Anything below this value fails on my setup.
1.26v NB should be enough for FSB425. I'm running at FSB444.
Our CPU's are way too different but I'm using 1.56v CPU PLL.
You probably need to tweak CPU Ref. Voltage 0/2 and 1/3.
There is no rule of thumb for this settings. Most combinations I've tried resulted in BSOD while booting.

    You're welcome

Edit#2: Fking aye, fails at 1.46 within seconds, trying CPU PLL 1.6 and vcore 1.46875...and guess what..blue screen!@! Fk, this sucks...I have a Q6700 and can not even hit 3.6ghz...man this blows at 1.46 before it blue screened the temps were getting over 65C so there is no way I am bumping the vcore up again...I want to try for 3.4ghz I guess....Something near 1.4vcore I suppose but I have no idea what NB and FSB Term voltages I should use for 8x425, any Ideas?
