    Yes, TM means Thermal Management.
    This function seems to cause problems with OC'ing, and that's why most overclockers disable it.
    If your CPU overheats it will shutdown your PC immediately, even with this function disabled.
    I know this from my own experience.
    Intel CPU's are almost impossible to kill with excessive temperature.
