A friend wants to OC his 4870, but cant, the clocks just wont stay put. He has to bios flash to OC, how much harder is that than using say Evga's precision tool? Im sorry but that is needless, if nvidia can get it right, why cant AMD?

The 4870 will be a fine card when(or wait we're talking about ATI so make that if) they iron out the issues but till then it's got too many niggling problems for a lot of people.
