It should fit, i got my Xfi in the PCI slot just above the GFX and just under the black PCIe-slot.
Only need to trim two fins on the heatsink of Xfi since them interfear with the tall nuts of HR03 Plus mountingkit. Donīt know if it is posible to have the nuts downwards and the smaller head upwards.
However the last PCI slot will be blocked by the fan on HR03.
