Hey Leeghoofd setting the FSB Strap to Auto cured all my problems:
- I dropped my RAM speed from 1003MHz to 961MHz.
- Tightened my RAM timmings a little (5-5-5-9-3-42-6-3 ----> 5-4-5-9-3-30-6-3).
- Enabled Dram Static Rd, kept Relax lvl set at 1, and everything works great now.

I was also able to lower my NB voltage from 1.59V to 1.55V and drop DRAM voltage from 2.10V(2.208V) to 2.06V(2.16V). All of this and I still have very similar Rd, Wt, Copy, and Latency numbers as before. Very Happy, thanks.
