wow you should really need to take a look and do some extensive reading through your mobo's forum discussion topics to learn more about what each settings does. Asking questions randomly here is really hard to answer as each motherboard has its special characteristics that one have to test it out to find out

You've to know your motherboard really really well to make your CPU overclock shine.

My P5K-Dlx took me almost a month to complete familiarize with every settings it has and what exactly the setting will effect the OC-ability at certain point. Sometimes a change of one thing can mean a great difference.

Don't be afraid to test it out yourself if you've some basic knowledge.

Seriously, the best way to OC is by "trial and error" there's no better way even if one person as an exact duplicate hardware setup as yours
