Hello guys! Got some of the last details done before the case goes for a nice layer of powder coat. I went to a local powder coater and looked at some samples. Decided to go with a little more satin black rather than flat black. This is because flat black has a tendency to look more greyish than black. Also satin black has a little more depth in it.

Also forgot to take pictures of the mounting holes of the outer panel. Nothing exciting really so it doesn't really matter.

Here are some pixx for ya'll:

Got the dvd drive lined upp in the 5,25 holder. Drilled mouting holes for it and managed to get it more or less perfect.

Glued the slot cover on the dvd-tray with some super epoxy.

Got holes cut in the middle plate for cable routing, tubing and pump-mounting.

Painted the LCD-display bezel

Soldered some extension cables on the dvd PCB.

Which I tested the extended open-button with.

Routing inside the dvd

Had to drill a hole for routing the cables.

Which goes out at the back of the dvd. Drilled a hole and fitted a rubber grommet. Also got the cables sleeved.

Soldered the LCD's power cables together and sleeved them.

And the finnished bezel.

A little clip of the dvd in action will be uploaded soon.
