I had problems with my card set over "1187500" too. This is why I set the default KGB.cfg to Voltage = 1187500

If you think about it setting it at 1187500 allows it to stay "in harmony" with the boost function i.e. where the boost will move the voltage up 2 levels ultimately hitting 1.21. If its set over 1187500 then some kind of error may be occurring (just a guess).
