here's the simple way of doing it:
install the IX
install the block
start computer + pump
load prime95
unplug the pump
run it UNTIL THE TEMPERATURE DROPS BY ITSELF
start the pump again
success

P.S. Don't overclock, don't overvolt, don't around with the settings. Just go on stock, do the reflow, then start to play. It's so simple!
