How are you certain that reflow wasn't achieved?

What are your idle/load temps?

Sounds like there is thermal protection still turned on as mentioned above me.

Idle is about 10-15 above Ambient, keep in mind i have two Rads and that Should be lower.

Load 60's-70's

The Thermal protection is Off Both CPU TM Function and SpeedStep are Off. Also any other Temp/Fan sensors.
CPU TM Function nrefers to the Throttling when the CPU gets Hot, it can screw with a system when overclocking.

I have Tried All Variants of With these function on or Off. But my CPU ALWAYS Hits TJ Max and Turn off. Thus i cant Reach the level 90-95 degrees required to Reflow for 30 seconds or so.

Note: I can Upload screenshots of my Bios to show settings. I always have tried this with default bios my Board came with and the Latest Bios.
