Stilt, can you tell me why my chip is throttling as soon as it's put under load, not even up to high temp yet (less then 50C)? It's not throttling via multi either, it drops FSB from 145 to about 142-143, chip is running on Gigabyte A75-UD4H and have all the power saving features turned off.

Sorry if there is a super obvious answer but just curious.
