Yea tRFC is on AUTO. If I set it manually it's like you said, 90 then 100.
Also I agree I have not seen any Intel documentation proving that theory. But people seem to follow that rule as if it's fact. I read on another forum where someone (I think Raja) may have explained how the current distribution works between the vQpi and Vdimm rails. I remember after reading though that I decided the rule was legit.
My bad. I do that so it's easy for people to see without having to open another tab or window and zooming in to see the details. I honestly don't like posting thumbnails. I'll resize my screenshots and make them a bit smaller.

Well not entirely IMO. The Marvell firmware and bios remain the same.
