Alternatively, you should try leaving all voltages and advanced settings to "auto" and then using your preferred BCLK settings. Leave everything auto apart from the BCLK which you will manually set, if you still can't get above 206 then you are most likely stuck at that. The only tool I know that can sometimes nudge you over that wall is the IOH/CPU clock skew. Although this is a very delicate and very time consuming solution and I wouldn't undertake it unless you know what you are doing.
