Geforce GTS 450 appears on shelves

How does this compare to a gtx260?

i think a 260 will slap a saddle on the GTS450 and ride it around the block
remember that a gtx275 beats a gtx470 in some benchmarks

it really is exactly half a gf104...
that is in GTS250 territory... but GTS250 cards have been selling for 99$ for almost a year now, so i dont really get what this card is supposed to do... if GF106 consumes less power then itll be great for laptops... and htpcs... but desktops? im sure itll be faster than a gts250, but not a lot... and then there is atis 5700 series which is between 100 and 150$ and will most likely beat the GTS450 across the board...
