I use 1.4750 set in the OC tuner = 1.400 idle, load 1.440 its high, but its the only setting that is 24/7 stable for me.

This is on the none beta bios btw, which honestly looks like it didn't change at all
you need to update oc tuner first. old version doesn't match the vcore bios value, new one does.
